The hotel is clean and has beautiful rooms with a lovely view. The breakfast offered is marvelous. The employees at the reception desk are very cheerful. Great location surrounded by nature.

The hotel is ideally located and so close to the restaurant. The rooms are spotless with a view of the lovely gardens, and the location is exceptional quite close to the lakes. Would return there, our stay was such wonderful.

Luxurious hotel with newly renovated rooms and beautiful view over the gardens. Well-mannered, reasonably good property's staff through from management to the housekeeping staff. Marvellous English breakfast with excellent choices. Simple check-in, late check-out. Free parking. Ideally based in an excellent area just off the bistro, and the adjoining pub Alexanders.

Airy double room with the bathroom, double bed plus a single glazed sash windows. A great selection of delightful options for meal. Nice swimming pool and marvellous location next to the Greenhouse restaurant.

Internet connection was terrible, made me a little nervous.

The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes' drive from a hill and a national park. the staff were very polite and provided exceptional service. - the room was spotless, updated, and had a bar and a bath. I slept really well.

The property was relaxing with knowledgeable and dedicated staff throughout, from management to housekeeping staff. I really enjoyed my stay.- There was plenty of food for breakfast, including cereals, pastries, and toast.- The location was central, just next door to the main restaurant, the main lakes in the national park, and the back embankment.

Conveniently located, just a quick taxi ride away or a leisurely 25-minute walk - got to explore easily 🚖. Had a great time at this place.

The hotel is located in a central area close to restaurants and shops. The atmosphere of the hotel was really nice.- I enjoyed dining at the à la carte restaurant for both breakfast and dinner during my one-night stay.
